Mindfulness programmes for schools
For schools
I teach mindfulness training to young people aged 11 to 18 at school, so they can concentrate better, feel less stressed and be more present in the moment.
What it delivers for your school
With a phone that never stops buzzing, social media, lots of homework and tests, many young people feel stressed and struggle to concentrate. Mindfulness is a simple way to deal with that: it teaches you to handle the situation as it is, without the situation itself having to change.
Stronger wellbeing and resilience
In students — fits the Gezonde School Wellbeing theme certificate.
A calmer classroom climate
Fewer impulsive reactions, more room to learn.
A contribution to social safety
Concrete substance for your legal plan.
Measurable
A short wellbeing check before and after, plus a brief report you can use towards your board, the inspectorate or the GGD.
No extra workload
I deliver and run the programme myself.
Fits the frameworks your school already works with
Concrete substance for wellbeing, social safety and positive health — measurable, with a brief report you can use towards your board, the inspectorate or the GGD.

“[Short quote from a teacher, care coordinator or principal about the effect on the class.]”
[Name, role, school]
One concrete result convinces more than ten adjectives. Once a pilot report exists, one number from the before/after measurement goes here.
Programmes for schools
Pilot
Three lessons with one class or group, at a reduced rate. Students and school experience what mindfulness does, without a big commitment. If it works, we continue with the full training.
Mindfulness training
A build-up training of ten weekly lessons for groups of up to 15 students, with short exercises for at home so students integrate it into daily life. Wellbeing measured before and after, with a short report.
Track for extra-care students
A track in small groups for students who receive extra care. More personal attention, a safe and calm setting, and tailored with the care coordinator to what the group needs.
Shall we meet?
Would you like to know what this could mean for your school? Plan a free, no-obligation introduction. Together we look at where the need is — a class, a group of extra-care students, the team or the parents — and whether a three-week pilot is a good start.
